This is great art therapy. I love the slow meditative process of cutting out the little pieces (even if that’s doing it online, it’s a bit slow), putting them in place, coming up with a message that is visually appealing and personally meaningful. Thank you for sharing this revelation. And not to cross talk, or “should” you or anyone else, but I’d like to see your next project of the words and images that are the beautiful, strong, and positive things about your body. Thank you!
