Hi Elisabeth, as I stumbled upon your letters, there was only one thing I wanted to share with you after reading them, and I hope this will help you tremendously- LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF.
No, this is not only words that you’ve heard so many times. This is much deeper, much more important and healing than you think.
Don’t think you need to make others happy.
Make yourself happy first.
Be honest with yourself, ask why’s and how’s.
Allow positive experiences, don’t judge yourself.
Stop seeing people that judge you and are negative.
Enjoy each day, let yourself just be, breath in the sunrise.
Allow the foods you love, in normal portions.
Know that the foods are there to heal you, not to harm you.
Say positive words to yourself many times a day.
Enjoy nature and animals- they are wonderful!
Find people who understand you and who make you happy.
Read Louise Hay book “You Can Heal Your Life”. It is amazing.
And ALWAYS STAY HAPPY AND TRUE TO YOURSELF!
